  1. I was looking all over the place for news of this latest Gisborne quake and of course this is where I found it, but was initially blocked! That’s why I left a comment.

  2. I just installed Kaspersky 2011, only to find that E2NZ is blocked as a “dangerous” site for its “violent” content (!). Now may I pick you up off the floor? Reporting on the well-hidden underbelly of the nation with the shiny halo gets you on a standard AV program’s restricted list?

    E2 is one of the first places I visit for news and commentary on New Zealand, because the NZ press is so mealy-mouthed and debate so suppressed on the subject. Unvarnished and honest = “violent”? So to find it automatically blocked by system settings, and have to twiddle the controls to access it, made this loyal reader very unhappy!
