Christchurch residents felt the quake and wrote about it on the Trademe forum
- shit that was a biggie here in Phillipstown! yuck hands are sweaty and shaky I can’t type!!!

- big bang/jolt near Lyttelton…yuk
Second Earthquake
It was followed four hours later by a 4.3 magnitude earthquake at a depth of 12 km, 10 km SW of Christchurch.
