My thoughts go out to Christchurch and I also want to wish my condolences to anyone in and outside New Zealand who have lost friends or loved ones in the Christchurch quake.
I have friends in ChCh whom I am trying to contact since the disaster. Would anyone who knew what happened at Cathedral Sq., in particular at the corner where the Base Hostel is, reply with some news I’d greatly appreciate.

We wish you well with finding your friends and hope that they’re found safe and well. It must be hard for you to still not have any news so long after the quake.
