New Zealand is using this royal visit (one might say, shamelessly exploiting this royal visit) as an excuse to advertise itself as an upscale tourist destination. I find very few people realise what New Zealand is truly like. Indeed, if you have the money to live well there, thus cushioning the impact of the brutishh lifestyle and inhabitants, and can leave at will, you may like it. Middle-class – stay away.
